How to comment on planning applications
When a planning application is in the consultation period, it is open for comment.

You can also comment on major developments. We define a major application as any of the following:
- a residential development of 10 or more houses
- a residential development on a site of at least 0.5 hectares
- creation or change of use of a commercial development, where the floorspace exceeds 1,000 square metres or where the site area is 1.0 hectares or more in size
