New skate park in Biggleswade

We will be consulting on plans to build a new skate park to replace the one on Chambers Way in Biggleswade. Following our weekly routine inspections, we closed the site in June 2018 due to health and safety fears about the structural condition of some of the ramps. In December 2018, our Executive committee gave approval to spend £200,000 from our capital budget to fund the replacement. We will shortly be seeking public views about what ramps and features people would like to see included in the design.
